Business growth, revenue, or rankings

Placement or visibility on third-party platforms such as Google


4. Client Responsibilities

By using PrimeFeedback, you agree that:

You have an existing business relationship with your customers

You have obtained all required consent to contact customers via SMS and/or email

All customer data you provide is accurate and lawfully obtained

You will comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of messages sent on your behalf.


5. SMS and Email Communications

PrimeFeedback sends SMS and email messages on behalf of client businesses.

Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP”

Opt-out requests are processed automatically

Message frequency varies based on client usage

PrimeFeedback is not responsible for message delays, carrier issues, or delivery failures.


6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use PrimeFeedback to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Interfere with platform functionality or security
